Patrick

Say hello to Patrick, one of Arlington's finest hosts.

Hailing from somewhere north, Patrick has found his home in DFW and here with us at Binions Ice House. After traveling the world honing his craft it would be his honor to serve you.

Derrick

Derrick once said,
“I'm too drunk to taste this chicken".

From parts unknown in or around North Texas came Derrick. An Arlington veteran who is here now and ready to refresh your face.

Jose

Jose knows his kitchen and has a lot of surprises up his sleeve. Aside from the delicious everyday fare, come see what he has for you on the weekends.
